1. Who We Are

Algobain Technologies OPC Private Limited (“Algobain”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a company registered in India (CIN: applicable), with its registered office in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. We design, build, and operate AI products, autonomous agents, and intelligent systems for enterprise clients worldwide. We don't just hand off systems at launch — we run them in production.

For GDPR purposes, Algobain acts as a Data Controller for data collected through our website and as a Data Processor for personal data processed on behalf of our clients during service delivery.

2. Data We Collect

We collect only the data necessary to provide our services and respond to enquiries.

Website visitors

Name, email address, company name, and message content when you submit a contact or consultation form. Browser type, IP address, and usage data collected automatically via analytics.

Clients & engagements

Business contact information, project-related data, and system access credentials necessary to deliver contracted services. Governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

  • Legitimate interests: Responding to enquiries and providing information about our services.
  • Contractual necessity: Delivering services to clients under a signed engagement agreement.
  • Legal obligation: Complying with applicable laws, including tax and accounting requirements.
  • Consent: Sending marketing communications where you have explicitly opted in.

4. How We Use Your Data

  • To respond to your enquiries and schedule consultations.
  • To deliver contracted AI engineering and system development services.
  • To send service-related communications (invoices, project updates).
  • To improve our website and services through anonymised analytics.
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

5. Data Sharing & Sub-processors

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure): Infrastructure hosting for services we build and operate.
  • Vercel: Website hosting and deployment.
  • MongoDB Atlas: Database services for client portal and project data.
  • Accuret: Sub-contracting partner for specific project deliveries. Bound by confidentiality agreements.

All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements and may not use your data for any purpose other than providing services to Algobain.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary:

  • Enquiry data: 24 months from last contact.
  • Client engagement data: Duration of engagement plus 7 years (legal/accounting obligations).
  • Website analytics data: 26 months (anonymised after 14 months).

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU, UK, or EEA, you have the following rights:

Request a copy of your personal data.

Rectification

Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.

Erasure

Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”).

8. International Data Transfers

Algobain is based in India. When we process data from EU/UK individuals, we implement appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for transfers to third countries. Client data residency is configurable by region — see our Security page.

Our website uses essential cookies for functionality and optional analytics cookies (Vercel Analytics). Analytics data is anonymised and does not identify individuals. You may disable cookies via your browser settings without affecting core website functionality.
